When the fluid flows through the throttling device, the flowing speed will form local contraction at the throttling parts, which causes the speed high and the static pressure low; Then there would appear static pressure difference (or differential pressure). The higher the speed is, the heavier the pressure. Therefore, to measure the differential pressure can know the flow through the throttling device. This is based on the theory of the law of the conservation of energy and flow continuity equation.

Model example
Example 1
FCOHPF-63X100 means nominal pressure is 6.3MPa, nominal diameter is 100mm, with upstream and downstream pipe and the connecting flange, and ring chamber press the standard orifice plate throttling device
Example 2
FFOP-300#×50 means nominal pressure is 300lb, nominal diameter is 50mm, with upstream and downstream pipe and flange press the standard orifice plate throttling device.
Nominal pipe size: Venturi tube DN80-1600mm;
Nominal pressure: PN0.6, 1.0MPa;
Material: If there are no particular requirements, the orifice plate uses 1Cr18Ni9Ti, flange and pipe section made with steel No.20, or with other materials according to the requirements of the clients.
Structure form is as the pictures 41,42,43,44, install size as table 36:
